Ok thanks for the information! If you're feeling adventurous, NVidia has a 304 beta driver that you can play with. Naturally it's not supported (by them nor us) while it's beta, but you never know it reduces the number of crashes. Thanks again!

Also as some people mentioned, when testing FPS make sure you use Interval Immediate. For normal gameplay this is not recommended, because it tells your GPU to go as fast as it can, and therefor it might get rather hot. But for testing you should ...
